[Journey 04] Why It Is Important To Focus

FOCUS

This is the fourth video of our Journey so far. This lesson is going to be a long one so we decided to make smaller videos.

If you want to be successful in life, you have to stay focused on your goals.

There are mainly three reasons to stay focused:

The first one is Clarity – You need to be clear on what you are working towards.

The second one is Confidence – By applying and learning the skills you will increase your confidence levels and you will be able to teach other people.

The third one is Protection – You have to keep your mind protected from distractions and stay focused.

Tip:  Remember you have to measure your progress as you go along.
