What is the quickest way to change your life?

All it takes is two minutes because our body changes our mind

…. and our mind changes behavior

…. and our behavior changes our outcomes.

Why you should listen to this video?

Amy Cuddy wasn’t supposed to become a successful scientist. In fact, she wasn’t even supposed to finish her undergraduate degree. Early in her college career, Cuddy suffered a severe head injury in a car accident, and doctors said she would struggle to fully regain her mental capacity and finish her undergraduate degree.

But she proved them wrong. Today, Cuddy is a professor and researcher at Harvard Business School, where she studies how nonverbal behavior and snap judgments affect people from the classroom to the boardroom. And her training as a classical dancer (another skill she regained after her injury) is evident in her fascinating work on “power posing” — how your body position influences others and even your own brain

Wow!This is incredibly amazing. I am one of the people who always feels like they don’t belong, and now that I think about it I always seen to have low poses regardless of were I’m at. My self esteem and confidence levels are pathetic,, i find it difficult to face a crowd of 3 people,,let alone 20, they just give me panic attacks.I’ve been trying to overcome this weakness but I just can’t get myself to that level where I can just say,, i belong and I can do it. Please advise.I’ve got a passion of public speaking, but this weakness just limits me from achieving my goals.

Try the 2 minute power story several times a day till it becomes second nature.

Wow! I am going to fake it until I become it. Remember, I told you I was going to quit my job and live on rentals. Well I am left with 42 days and I am out of here and I will be a great success.

what an eye opener,,,, she just tells it like it should be, damn pity we lost ourselves along the way, this that she is telling us, was what we had as young children, before the education department got us through their hallways, then they took away our individuality and replaced it with “you have to fit in” Thank you too all who passed this on, I am very grateful.
