      Thanks for such an enlightening video; my question is : I have totally stopped lestening to the news; I avoid reading the newspaper headlines which are posted all over. At times I then feel like I miss some of the announcement that can affect me. How can I avoid the negative news but still be update with current events?

        If something is really important your fiends (and the rest of the world) will let you know… Let them sift through all the negativity to inform you about the important stuff.
        PS there is no announcement that anyone can make that can effect you unless you want it to effect you. You decide what the outcome will be…(the feeling or emotion)

      Irrational Fears can have a negative impact on one’s activity and outlook, it becomes serious if its not monitored or one is not in control of it. Its like a rotten potato or orange which can affect the whole bag of oranges/potato.
