Why Successful Property Investing Is Like Being A Legendary Formula 1 Driver.

Would it not be great to have a legend such as Michael Schumacher driving the vehicle which you are doing your property investing with.

After all, he is not a legend who managed to win 7 F1 seasons for nothing.

Well, you to can become the Michael Schumacher behind the wheel of your property investment vehicle and achieve legend status.

As you have probably realized by this point in the article, I am a great fan of Formula 1 motor racing and just to prove to you that the principles and systems which I use are applicable no matter where you choose to apply them.

In this article I am going to explain to you how you can use these same principles to become the best possible driver of the vehicle you have chosen to drive you to financial freedom by showing you that you too can become like this legendary driver and make your investment vehicle perform to the optimum constantly, safely and reliably.

So I guess it is ready, steady, GO!

You see, what makes an amazing Formula 1 driver is the driver’s ability to remain constant, level-headed and focused no matter what the track conditions may be.

It is not a gung-ho loose cannon mentality which will produce winning results under any weather or track conditions, but rather the driver’s ability to do the job at hand the way which they know works and this way will be the same under any conditions.

Yes, he might opt to use different tires or fuel loads and plan his pit stops differently for each race he drives but these changes are minors and the best changes which he is aware of to make to suit the conditions.

But the way he drives the car, the way he evaluates risk situations and the way his reflexes react to the corners he takes are based on what he has learned about the Law of Gravity and the effects which it has on the vehicle he is driving.

You can take a driver of this nature and put him into any vehicle you choose and before long, he will have that vehicle, be it an old beat up piece of junk or a top of the range Ferrari, operating at the optimum which the vehicle is capable of producing.

Now, this is where the funny part comes in, just as a legendary Formula 1 driver of this stature is able to make the best of any vehicle which you put him into and far surpass almost any other competition, so too are these same laws applicable to your decisions when it comes to property investing.

If you are able to understand the Universal Laws which are governing and influencing the investment vehicle of your choice, there is absolutely no reason why you should not win when it comes to your investment decisions no matter what the market conditions or fluctuations might be, your vehicle will still be able to safely and constantly outperform the rest.

Now when it comes to making investment decisions, it is much like the decisions of the formula 1 driver.

The way which you might approach the investment might differ from time to time but so long as you are sure that you take the constant and unchanging Universal Laws which determine success or failure on a consistent nature into account.

I do it by applying my Formula For Riches to all my investments, there is no reason why you should not come out ahead of the pack and be able to win the races which bring you closer to your financial freedom.

Now when I say that you might approach some property investments differently to others, I am not saying that you will need to adopt a reckless or gung-ho approach in the hope of winning the race.

Rather what I’m saying is that you will take all of the conditions surrounding the investment into account and be sure that you are as well prepared as possible to be able to win at the end with the decisions you make.

It is by applying these Universal Laws that are incorporated into the Wealth Creators Strategy that I bought 49 properties in 94 days without costing me a cent out of my own pocket.

This is also how Brendon, one of my students, was able to start with no money and amasses a 154 MILLION DOLLAR portfolio in the USA in only 8 years.

So what are the basics?

Always be sure that the fundamentals and analytical advice which you are using are compatible with your Universal Law which in my case is the Formula For Riches.

When I look at an investment, I am sure that the analytical side produces positive results through my Property Pro Software Program and that I myself am applying the Wealth Creators Strategy which I teach in the Property Pro Mentoring Program.

If I am doing both of these correctly then I apply my results to the Formula For Riches and believe it or not, I too can become a legendary driver when it comes to being safely and effectively in control of the vehicle I am using to do my property investing and which is responsible for driving me to my finish line of financial freedom.

By the way, this is how I became Financially Free at the age of 37.

I guess what I am trying to say is that to drive fast and be reckless, anybody stupid enough to try can do, but to drive a vehicle effectively and safely at high speed, takes precision, calculated risk and an understanding of the Wealth Creators Strategy which without ever changing governs the reactions of that vehicle.

Once you truly understand the effects of Wealth Creators Strategy and how it is unchanging, then there is no reason to become reckless and drive your investment vehicle in a way which will surely lead to disaster, maybe not immediately, but eventually, it always ends up in disaster if you take unnecessary risks.
